They used different methods such as exercise, medication and therapy, meditation, memory exercises, and strength training to see what would benefit the patients the most. Some of them had great outcomes and some did not. The exercise initiative had a positive outcome due to having most of the participants that stuck with the program had an increase in their muscle control, mood, and short memory had the largest increase. The medication and therapy did not have a good outcome because they did not have a good group size and it showed a low number had an increase in improvement. This group could have used more participants and more data to show what they were doing and may have wanted to do the groups by age and track what medication they used for the patients. The meditation group was a small group but had a great outcome of over seventy percent had an increase in their mood and memory and they showed muscle improvement. Even though this was a small group it showed great improvement for so many and was beneficial to the group participants that did participate.
