Human resource expertise ensures that one is competent and can apply the relevant laws and regulations. SHRM, helps create an effective human resource expert and leader (SHRM Learning System for CP/SCP, n.d.). In the pre-test, the questions which I answered correctly include diversity and inclusion and its importance in the business organization. I focused on the importance of equity rather than equality. In addition, I gave correct answers on the challenges of diversity and inclusion in businesses. Additionally, questions on human resource capacity were well answered. Human resource capacity deals with ethical issues and how to handle ethical issues. One of the questions that I did not give a comprehensive response is the one about change. Change in organizations is imminent. One question that I got wrong was how to deal with unprofitable departments in an organization and how to deal with the relevant parties if the department was to be dismantled. Analysis of Pre-test Result I believe that the results from the pre-test will have a significant impact on my coursework.
