Many of the procedures and processes follow industry norms with added control to ensure material conformance and quality standards are obtained while adhering to programs run under full earned value management system guidelines. This report will assess the general procurement process within my organization while identifying key participants and summarizing the stages of the company procurement cycle. The company procurement process uses common documentation such as Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), Statement of Work (SOW), and an additional internally generated control referred to as a Material Order Request (MOR).
