This project calls for all tea... m members to work and think as a leader through both communication and planning. The risk of this job is at an all-time high because there is money on the line which pays for this project and a homeowner who must live in or benefit from this home and project. The purpose of this project would be to update the plumbing, appliances, and layout of the property to the homeowner or home buyers likings. According to the information we have learned in week three, a risk owner is not near the meaning I have assumed. A risk owner is the individual who is ultimately accountable for ensuring the risk is managed appropriately. There may be multiple people who have direct responsibility for, or oversight of, activities to manage each identified risk, and who collaborate with the accountable risk owner in his/her risk management efforts. Risk owners can be on different levels in which there is communication back and forth to resolve or focus the issue. Bring a risk owner is rather a big part of being a good leader. A good leader never leaves their team to be mislead or disciplined alone without redirection or guidance and taking responsibility for their teams mistakes.
