Providing the most optimum educational chances to students with emotional and behavioral disorders should be teachers' top priority. Here, I am going to explain some of the concerns that I have been experiencing with one of my students lately, and create a hypothetical .contingency contract utilizing behaviorist principles This is regarding a youngster in grade 5. He is a smart student, and efficiently replies to questions when inquired. Notwithstanding, he does not usually finish any home assignment, class task, or group activity. He would not plunk down and put exertion in a specific work. For an individual activity, he requests individual consideration constantly, despite the fact that he is equipped for finishing the same without anyone else. During group activities, he skips and sits independently to do some other work. At first, I have attempted to converse with him, construct a relationship, and make him feel comfortable in the class.
