Good Evening Class: Here is our strategy during year 10 for our company Friendly Fotos, based off of the guide and what we learned from the last rounds: Year nine was out best round so far. We are ... still in fourth place; however, we finally received a bonus point for our estimations! Product Design – During the 10th year we increased the multi-feature P/Q rating to 3½ stars, while maintaining a 3 star P/Q for the entry level cameras. We continued to maintain the number of models so we could focus on quality over quantity; however, we made some adjustments to the design of the camera based on the analysis of the competition. We increased the image resolution on the entry level and on the multifeature camera we increased the optical zoom. However, we left everything else the same for both cameras. By making this change it enabled us to increase the P/Q rating on the multi-feature to 3½ stars. [Show More]
