History of Presenting Information Ms. Campbell is a twenty-five-year-old Caucasian female Presents with pain during urination that started about three days ago The patient experiences vaginal discharge and urinary frequency. Her vaginal discharge is yellow, creamy, and mucousy. The patient denies having any treatment for her symptoms. Patient admits to have had a bladder infection a year ago. The patient’s pain is worse at the beginning of urination. Ms. Campbell uses pills for birth control and does not use condom Medical history Ms. Campbell has a history of a urinary tract infection that she was treated for last year.
