This paper will identify and develop different leadership styles in relationship to a personal leadership profile. Utilizing the identified leadership style, the paper will explore three different scenarios, the implications of the actions taken and impact on future practices. A brief summary will synthesize the knowledge gained related to different leadership styles and communication methods to be used in future interactions. Leadership Profile The Blake Mouton Managerial Grid plots a leader’s degree of task-centeredness versus their person-centeredness to identify their leadership style. By answering various questions, the individual identifies their leadership style from five options; Country Club Leader, Team Leader, Impoverished Leader, Authoritarian Leader or Middle-of-the-Road Leader [CITATION Exp19 \l 1033 ].
