The present state of MCD with regards to alignments to historical health care industry trends, are their improvement in Healthcare Staffing shortages within the last three years. Healthcare organizations must be flexible when aligning themselves with current trends in the healthcare market. Changes is the only constant in healthcare. Many reports have predicted a global shortage of over 100,000 doctors by the year 2030.
