Parts Emporium Parts Emporium, Inc., is a wholesale distributor of automobile parts formed by two auto mechanics, Dan Block and Ed Spriggs. The company started slow but grew into one of the largest independent distributor of auto parts in the north central region. With the rapid growth in business came supply chain problems; Parts Emporium supply chain cycle did not meet customer demand. The supply chain ordering cycle and order quantities needs to be increased form 150 units to possibly 300 units with the two-week led time. Increasing the order quantity will cover the two weeks sales projection and provide a small inventory for future orders.
