Departmentalization by Matrix Dunkin Donuts' main products are donuts and coffee, so departmentalization by the matrix is best. The jobs need to combine functional and task force departmentalization designs to ensure that everyone is in sync because multiple components come down to a single activity (Gleeson, 2019).
