The bankruptcy would be held off for one year. Science of Construction PLC (SC PLC) do have vital customers that are Istanbul, Ankara, Ismir, Bursa, Kocaeli Metropolitan Authorities and the General Directorate of Highways [ CITATION Mer13 \l 1033 ].
