What is your position on the "nature versus nurture” (biology or culture) debate? What materials in this chapter support your position? The age-old debate of nature versus nurture still doesn’t ... have a conclusion. Since I didn’t have a pre-stance on this topic, I researched on this topic extensively. After researching on the topic and finding the supporting opinions and experimental claims, I stand on the belief that you don’t have to be on the extreme sides of the debate and believe that the influence of nature and nurture differs according to personality trait. But, I also believe that most traits depend more on the nurture than nature. Your nature is your biology. It is the condition that we are born in and we are born with. It most commonly concerns your biological traits and appearances but it also affects your personality a bit. Your nurture is your culture.
