As such, a teamwork aura in healthcare facilities and learning fosters loyalty and friendship which translates to better patient centered care, better learning and higher odds of success for both administrators, learners and patients (Babiker et al., 2016). Teamwork is also essential in offering different perspectives and feedback since it enhances coming up with problem-solving methodologies. Participating in the move with unison and teamwork spirit is also a great experience to learn about challenges involved in healthcare dynamics such as lack of enough education rooms and to plan better future protocols to cope up with similar changes.
